After months of hard work and planning, we've got the green light to run the first Downhill event at Eildon in almost two decades! This track is a hidden gem of the victorian downhill scene, and we can't wait to share it with you and put on an incredible show for the Rookie Cup season closer beofre we turn out attention to the Victrian State Championships!

Although the club is only small, the Murrindindi Cycle Club have played a pivotal role in helping us get this event off the ground, and we cant wait to put on an amazing race and do their track justice!

What are the prices?

Race Entries for a Joyride Rookie Cup are $175 per round for the 2025 season.

What is the schedule?

The full event schedule and Rookie Cup season can be found on the Joyride Rookie Cup home page.

What are the requirements?

You MUST have a valid AusCycling offroad race licence to be able to enter an event. All other requirements (bike, gear etc) can be found in the Rules and Regulations on the Joyride Rookie Cup home page.

Can I join anytime?

You are able to enter an event any time during the "Event Registration Window" which is a 2 week period where rego is open. This will be specified on the @joyride_rookiecup instagram and facebook before each season starts.

Do you offer discounts?

No, as per AusCycling guidelines, we do not discount race entries in order to keep accessibility to racing financially fair. Although we do offer Early Bird entry for Joyride Alliance members 48 hours before the public to allow our club members the first chance at getting into our races.
