coaching: terms & conditions

JoyRide MTB terms and conditions of coaching.

- All payments for coaching are to be paid by direct deposit prior to the coaching session

- The participant must pay the full amount of the coaching cost in order to make a reservation at their desired time.

- Once the payment is received, the participant will receive a confirmation text with their session details included

- If the participant wishes to cancel or postpone their session 8 days or more from the session booking, they will receive a 100% refund for the session or full fund transfer to a session at a later date.

- If the participant wishes to cancel or postpone their session within 7-3 days of the session booking, they will receive a 75% refund on their booking purchase, however

- If the participant wishes to cancel or postpone the session within 48 hours of the session booking they will receive a 50% refund on their booking purchase.

Application of these T&C's are at the complete discretion of Joyride MTB.

Equipment Hire: Terms & Conditions

JoyRide MTB terms and conditions of equipment hire.

- All payments for equipment hire are to be paid by direct deposit prior to the coaching session

- The Hirer must pay the full amount of the equipment hire cost in order to make a reservation at their desired time.

- Once the payment is received, The Hirer will receive a confirmation email with their equipment hire details included

- If The Hirer wishes to cancel or postpone their equipment hire 8 days or more from the session booking they will receive a 100% refund for the session or full fund transfer to a session at a later date.

- If The Hirer wishes to cancel or postpone their equipment hire within 7-3 days of the session booking they will revive a 75% refund on their booking purchase, however

- If The Hirer wishes to cancel or postpone the equipment hire with 48 hours of the session booking they will receive a 50% refund on their booking purchase.

- The Hirer takes full responsibility for and loss or damage to hire equipment hired to The Hirer or The Hirer's party, save for regular wear and tear.

- The replacement cost for any damage caused to hire equipment will be paid for by The Hirer via direct deposit at the closure of the session.
